Winter Arrivals – New Park

Our Shop and Reception is currently manned 10am – 3pm, 7 days a week. However, we do have Wardens resident on the park at all times.

If you require assistance outside of the Reception hours, then please ring the bell on the front of the Reception building and an ‘On Duty’ Warden will be out to help you. Alternatively, please phone the main park phone number – 01446 794527 – and select the relevant option. In the event of an emergency situation, there is an option to get through to the park owners 24 hours a day.

Arriving at the Park and Locating Your Pitch

Please follow these simple instructions to pitch up.

  • Please enter the ‘new park’ entrance which is opposite our main entrance (where our Reception is) – you can use the link below to be guided exactly to the entrance via What3Words

  • Enter the park using the the orange barrier on the left

 

  • Enter the code that you have been sent this separately on email into the key pad on the drivers side.

 

  • Use our park map to locate the pitch number you have been allocated (you would also have been sent this separately) – click to enlarge.
  • Please follow these simple guidelines on how to park up:

    Please park with rear offside of caravan or motorhome to the pitch marker – or if you prefer to go nose in, then please park front nearside to the numbered pitch marker.
    If you wish to park a different way, please check with site staff.
