As a seasonal pitch holder, you can keep your caravan and awning set up on a hardstanding pitch and enjoy the freedom to visit whenever you like. It’s the perfect way to make the most of your caravan with minimal effort and maximum convenience.

Our Seasonal Pitches agreements are for 12 months. You are able to use our park for 11 months with secure storage for 1 month. Storage can either be in our secure storage facility or you are welcome to your caravan on your pitch.
Our residents Wardens are on site all year round.

Electric is purchased on a card meter, so you only pay for what you use.

Book a stay with us and if you decide to take on a seasonal pitch, we can take off the cost of your stay from the balance of your seasonal pitch fee.
Terms and Conditions
The start date of your seasonal pitch term will be taken from the beginning of your holiday stay and the fee will be calculated minus the cost of your electric calculated as either £6 or £6.50 per night depending on when in the season you have stayed.
Please be aware that these are for holiday use only.
